Based in the Costa del Sol, we offer solutions to owner's needs , wether it be
keyholding services, coordinating with suppliers or resolving issues quickly, we have the knowledge and expertise you need for you to be at ease.
Our key services in respect of long-term and short-term holiday rentals are as follows:
Full property management services
We provide full property management services, including marketing properties, procuring tenants, collecting deposits and rents, safekeeping and releasing keys, contracting cleaners and repairmen.
Tax and regulatory compliance
Upon request, our affiliation with BF Solicitors allows our clients to benefit from full compliance and filing services in respect of all taxes applicable to their property, including IBI (council tax), non-resident owner tax, wealth taxes, capital gains tax on disposals, income tax on rental income and land transfer taxes. In addition, BF Solicitors can advise on regulatory compliance and matters in respect of our clients' properties.
Property Inspections
There are different options depending on your requirements, all inspections will be followed up with a detailed report and any incident will be reported as soon as it’s detected, follow your instruction in case anything arises as well as offering in-situ solutions to get the issue resolved in the most efficient way possible.

Non-Resident Owners
Our property management team (all of whom are bilingual in Spanish and English, as well as fluent in Italian and French) has a solid track record in assisting non-resident owners with the rental of their properties. We seek to provide the highest level of service and transparency to our clients, as we understanding that having the keys to their property during the terms of our service is no small matter.
Basic Keyholding
Our key holding service will include the holding of the keys only. We will only releasethe keys with prior instruction from you and will need proof of ID from whoever collects. The Keys will be available for pickup upon arrangement during normal working hours, 9:00 to
16:00 hours from Monday to Friday.
In the event you need an additional service such as a visit to the property, or you need assistance with any damage repair etc., we will provide this service at an extra cost if or when you need it. You will just pay for the necessities you have in that particular moment.
Additional Services
Apart from key holding services and home visits we have can also assist in other ways such as assistance for repairs, installation of awnings, air-conditioning system, alarm system
installation, electrical and plumbing and carpentry works and outside as well as general improvements to your property. We also help our clients to do the annual tax returns, Touristic license, NIE applications, building licenses, utility connections etc. just contact us for
